En fait, on parle de British English<\/em> et American English<\/em>, pour distinguer deux vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de cette langue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les diff\u00e9rences se retrouvent \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux : phon\u00e9tique, orthographique ou lexical ; cela signifie que certains mots sont prononc\u00e9s diff\u00e9remment, d’autres ont de l\u00e9g\u00e8res diff\u00e9rences \u00e0 l’\u00e9crit et dans d’autres cas, pour exprimer le m\u00eame concept, on emploie des mots compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
