Come and read the <a href=\"https:\/\/sillabi.com\/en\/resources\/de\/a2\/\">Sillabi grammar resources<\/a> for the elementary level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.sillabi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/15_DE_A2_duomo-di-Berlino-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-645\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sillabi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/15_DE_A2_duomo-di-Berlino-2.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.sillabi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/15_DE_A2_duomo-di-Berlino-2-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The grammatical contents for level A2 offer a revision of the topics of the previous level,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>can you conjugate the verb <em>machen<\/em> in the present subjunctive? <em>Ich mache<\/em>, <em>du <\/em>&#8230; <em>machest <\/em>or du <em>machst<\/em>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to form the passive, do we use the verb <em>werden <\/em>or <em>wissen <\/em>before the past participle?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>how do you turn a direct interrogative sentence into an indirect interrogative sentence? For example <em>Wann kommt er?<\/em> (When does he come?) becomes <em>Ich wei\u00df nicht, wann er kommt<\/em> or <em>Ich wei\u00df nicht, wann kommt er<\/em> (I don&#8217;t know when he comes)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Or let&#8217;s take a step back:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to express a negation, when do we use <em>kein <\/em>and when do we use <em>nicht<\/em>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Er kommt ohne mich<\/em> or <em>Er kommt ohne mir<\/em>? What&#8217;s the right pronoun at the end of the sentence?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The level of competence that the CEFR defines as elementary consists in understanding simple sentences concerning &#8220;areas of most immediate relevance&#8221; (personal information, shopping, asking for directions &#8230;). The student is able to \u201ccommunicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters\u201d.
